We’re friendly and unique because we’re not only bound together by owning condos in the same complex, we enjoy each others company, spend beach time together, and work together during work weekends to save money and maintain our properties. This unique condo complex approach encourages our Owners to get to know folks in all the Starfish buildings, and look after each other and our properties. Many have said we are the envy of other associations, and we are proud to take a leadership role in making Ocean City a great and friendly beach town.
