In exchange for working on designated Work Weekends, Starfish Condo Owners have been able to realize reductions in their Condo fees while helping to minimize building maintenance costs. Building maintenance costs have been reduced by hundreds of thousands of dollars since the program's inception in 2003. Following is a list of maintenance work performed by owners who participated in this program, by year.

- Overgrown plants, shrubs and trees removed
- New mulch was added to newly planted shrubs in front of all buildings

- Gravel parking lots were magnetically rolled for stray nails and screws from recent roofing work
